Measure more than one location
A center logger alone may miss a hot edge or a cold-contact point. Final positions depend on the payload geometry, tata letak pendingin, and acceptance plan.

Place a logger near the payload surface closest to conditioned or frozen coolant when freezing or cold shock is a concern.
