شركة Boluda للشحن تستحوذ على Samskip, توسيع اتصال سلسلة التبريد الأوروبية

وافقت المجموعة البحرية واللوجستية الإسبانية Boluda Shipping على الاستحواذ على Samskip ومقرها روتردام, مزود رئيسي للشحن متعدد الوسائط والخدمات اللوجستية التي يتم التحكم في درجة حرارتها. ومن المتوقع أن يتم إغلاق الصفقة في يناير 2027, خاضعة للموافقات التنظيمية.

The planned network is expected to cover 28 بلدان, مع 32 السفن, 18 طرق الشحن, 21 maritime terminals, five rail terminals and more than 500 company-owned trucks.

For cold-chain customers, the deal is particularly relevant because Samskip already supports refrigerated cargo such as seafood, لحمة, ألبان, الفاكهة والخضروات. Its U.S. operations also offer chilled consolidation and international freight services from key gateways including Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, نيويورك, Norfolk and Charleston.

The acquisition signals continued consolidation in temperature-controlled logistics. By bringing more maritime, inland and cold-storage activities under one group, the companies could offer shippers more integrated handling of perishable cargo beyond Europe’s major ports—helping reduce transfer complexity and improve control over time-sensitive supply chains.
