Background of the project

As the global demand for cold chain logistics continues to increase, especially in the food and pharmaceutical industries, the demand for temperature-controlled packaging materials is also increasing. We received a request from an international food delivery customer who wanted to develop an environmentally friendly gel ice pack that could maintain low temperatures for a long time and be used to transport fresh food over long distances.

 

Advice to customers
After receiving the customer’s needs, we first conducted a detailed analysis of the customer’s transportation routes, transportation time, temperature requirements and environmental protection standards. Based on the analysis results, we recommend the development of a new gel ice pack with features including:

1. Long-term cooling: It can maintain low temperature for up to 48 jam, ensuring the freshness of food during transportation.

2. Environmentally friendly materials: Made of degradable materials, they comply with international environmental standards and reduce the impact on the environment.

Our company’s research and development process

1. Demand analysis and solution design: In the early stage of the project, r&D team analyzed customer needs in detail, conducted many discussions and brainstorming, and determined the technical solution for the gel ice pack.

1. Background of R&D project establishment

With the rapid development of the cold chain transportation industry, the market demand for efficient and long-lasting refrigeration and freezing solutions is increasing. Especially in temperature-sensitive industries such as medicine, food and biological products, ensuring a low-temperature environment during transportation is crucial to product quality and safety. In order to meet market demand and enhance our company’s competitiveness in the field of cold chain technology, our company decided to launch a research and development project for -12°C ice packs.

 

2. Our company’s suggestions

Based on market research and customer feedback, our company recommends developing an ice pack that can stably maintain -12°C under extreme conditions. This ice pack should have the following features:

1. Long-term cold preservation: It can maintain -12°C for a long time in high temperature environments, ensuring a low-temperature environment for goods during transportation.

2. Efficient heat exchange: It can quickly absorb and dissipate heat to ensure the freezing effect.
