Is a screening test the same as formal qualification?

Non. Screening compares design directions. Formal qualification requires an agreed protocol, critères d'acceptation, controlled methods, documented repetitions where applicable, and approval by the responsible quality team.

Should we test the insulation or the complete packout?

How many temperature loggers are needed?

Can a test guarantee every future shipment?

Can simulated payload be used?
