A seafood shipper built around temperature and moisture control

This shipper combines a protective corrugated carton, a fitted expanded-polystyrene body and lid, and a layered moisture-control packout. Sealed primary product bags provide the first barrier; an optional liner bag and absorbent material provide secondary containment for condensate, thaw water or accidental product leakage. The final design can be developed around chilled gel or PCM packs, refrigerante congelado, wet ice where permitted, or a properly managed dry-ice packout.

Pre-chill or pre-freeze the seafood and condition the refrigerant according to the packout plan. Seafood should be sealed in food-suitable primary packaging before it enters the insulated shipper. Install the secondary liner without stretching it across sharp corners, then place the specified absorbent material.

Load the payload and coolant in the defined positions. Keep freeze-sensitive chilled seafood from direct contact with fully frozen packs. If wet ice is used, confirm that the liner, closure and outer package can contain meltwater and that the carrier accepts the method.
