The Disposable Thermal Insulated Box Liners for Cold Chain are perfect for shipping temperature-sensitive goods. These liners feature a three-layer construction of EPE foam with widened edge sealing for added strength and durability. The envelope flap design with double-sided adhesive tape makes packaging simple and secure.
Constructed from EPE pearl cotton and aluminum foil, the liners provide both cushioning and insulation, with the aluminum foil reflecting heat to maintain a stable temperature inside the liner. These liners are available in both 2D and 3D formats and are fully collapsible, allowing for easy transport and space-saving storage.
Ideal for use with refrigerated shipments, these liners can protect products from extreme temperatures for up to 24 hours when paired with a corrugated box. The liners also block heat transfer, are waterproof, a prueba de fugas, and offer customizable size and foil printing options.
