This paper-dominant insulated shipper combines a protective corrugated carton with fitted fiber panels that can be separated after use. Store the corrugated cartons and paper-fiber insulation in a clean, dry area before packing. Keep fiber components away from direct water exposure unless the approved project specification includes suitable moisture protection.

Pre-condition the payload and coolant according to the packout plan. Install the base and side insulation completely, then position the product, refrigerante, dividers and any liner so that freeze-sensitive items do not touch frozen packs directly.

Fit the fiber lid without leaving large gaps and close the carton with the specified tape pattern. Apply perishable, orientation or temperature-handling labels required for the route.
