It is a radiant and enchanting spring scene.March 8th of every year is a special festival for females.As an international festival,it is a major day of global celebration of women.Shanghai Huizhou Industrial Co., Ltd. has prepared a festival gift for every female emloyee.Hoping that the gifts can bring warmth to our ’Huizhou goddess’.Thanks them for their hardworking.
International Women’s Day is a global holiday celebrated annually on March 8 to commemorate the cultural, political, and socioeconomic achievements of women.International Women’s Day is commemorated in a variety of ways worldwide; it is a public holiday in several countries, and observed socially or locally in others.
As an International language to express romance and love,the rose is the most romantic of flowers,beloved of poets,artists and many other people.We all know that the International Women’s Day of every year is the time to express thanks and love.So we prepared roses to express love in this day passionately.
The rose gave off a sweet smell.With the warmth of the sunshine and attractive blossom,every Huizhou female employee wear a smile on the face.We sent every ‘Huizhou goddess’ a rose and beautiful wishes on the eve of the festival.Let us wish their future life will be as pretty as flowers!

WINTER HIKING ACTIVITIES
Though there is no flower In December, it is a good choice to take a deep breath, feel winter and enjoy the moment.Beautiful scenery, natural and fresh. It meets the urban people’s dream of returning to the countryside and pursuing the memory of Jiangnan.
It is hoped that through this hiking activity, Huizhou employees can not only exercise their body, temper their will, but also cultivate their temperament. Huizhou Industrial will continue to build a communication platform for all employees. In the future, we will also try our best to enrich our employees spare time, enhance the team spirit, and cultivate a harmonious and upward culture of Huizhou Industrial.
Hiking activity has been over, but Huizhou is still on the way. I believe that in the future, every staff in Huizhou will make concerted efforts, and work hard.
On December 5,2020, Huizhou Industrial organized all Shanghai employees to carry out the winter hiking activity “One Village in Qingpu”.
This hike came to Qingpu Qingxi Country Park, which is located in the southwest of Qingpu District. As one of the first country parks in Shanghai, Qingxi Country Park is also the only wetland characteristic country park in Shanghai. Qingxi Country Park is a mixture of lakes, beaches, marshes and islands zigzagging around the Dalian Lake in the center.
Because of winter,there are not many people.Breathing fresh air and listening to the sound of nature.While enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way, we walked with laughter.Someone choose to ride a bicycle.Someone choose to walk.
Walking along the way, taking forest as the body, wild as the soul and water as the rhyme. The path takes us to a wood plank walkway that winds through a sunken cypress forest and then around Dalian Lake, the park’s centerpiece.
TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES IN ZHUJIAJIAO
After the warm-up game, everyone is divided into orange team, green team and pink team.
Games started.Fruit matching,treasure hunting game, united as one and a variety of interesting games.Some of the game may depend on the sports ability, some of them may depend on someone’s strategy.In the high rhythm of the games,we hope our staff can get the importance of cooperation between three team.
On the morning of July 31,2020, the staff from Shanghai Huizhou Industrial Co., Ltd. went to a jiangnan ancient town——Zhujiajiao.With the historic significance, we hope to carry out a meaningful team building.
Zhujiajiao，which is a water town on the outskirts of Shanghai, and was established about 1,700 years ago. Archaeological findings dating back 5,000 years have also been found. 36 stone bridges and numerous rivers line Zhujiajiao, and many ancient buildings still line the riverbanks today.
With the summer breeze, we start our warm-up game!
Besides offering up a fun and creative alternative to bonding over happy hour, this activities provide companies and employees with plenty of added benefits.We have gained deeper team spirits:love, enterprise, unity and positiveness. The benefits of team building include increased communication, planning skills, employee motivation and employee collaboration.We hope that this activity can not only make our staff see the beauty of the ancient building, but also relax the body after work.

Through a series of planned team building events that are fun and motivational, teams build skills like communication, planning, problem-solving and conflict resolution. These team building activity ideas help to facilitate long term team building through fostering genuine connections, deeper discussions, and processing.
