Product Description
Working Principle
In a freezer (0°F/-18°C), the biogel ice tubes solidifies, storing cooling energy.
Inside the insulin cooler, vacuum insulation and low‐conductivity materials maintain a stable temperature, while a reflective coating minimizes heat loss, ensuring insulin stays properly stored.
USAGE SCENARIOS:
The insulin cooler cup is ideal for travel, outdoor activities, and daily use, keeping medication at a stable temperature to ensure its effectiveness.

Product FAQ
Can this product be used for pharmaceutical cold chain shipments?
It can support pharmaceutical or medical cold chain handling when the full packout is matched to the target temperature, route duration, payload size and validation requirements. Share those details with Tempk before use.
What temperature range should be confirmed before ordering?
Confirm the required temperature window, such as 2-8 C, 0-10 C or controlled room temperature, plus the expected transit time and ambient exposure. The product should be tested as part of a complete packaging system.
Can Tempk customize medical cold chain packaging?
Yes. Depending on the product type, Tempk can support custom size, insulation structure, coolant matching, logo, carton packing and bulk project requirements.
